Description:
18 years of Customer service experience in:
1) End-to-end process mapping done for Transition/Business Identification teams for movement of business processes across the globe in English, French
2) Business Process re-engineering demonstrated through successful testing and implementation of an in-house workflow solution developed in OfficeTiger Database Systems
3) Successfully managing deliverables, first as an Operations Manager and later as a Transition Manager of accurate and periodic reporting, effective team handling, leading Six Sigma Green Belt Initiatives for greater accuracy, productivity and process efficiency
4) Proven experience as part of the initial transition team in Hungary, in successfully dealing with cross cultural teams.
5) Speak, read and write in French and German.
Conditions:
-Contract basis.
-Prefer to work as a Consultant.
-Payments preferably on a per day basis.
