I have a legal project passed by the local authorities for an Inland Resort servicing extended holidays for the mature person. The project can have 45 individual prefabricated homes and up to 100 touring units.The licence includes bar/restaurant, gym, climatic swimming pools, community areas, and offices .
Due to the high number of unauthorised resorts being closed in Spain the project is in great demand and I have a backlog of clients waiting to move in.
The project is currently 30% occupied for 10 months a year, with a monthly income and to date the company has not sort any financial assistance.
Conditions:
Up to 40 shares of the company are being offered of a share price of 7000€ per share.
With funding infrastructure and completed projected fully operational with in 1 year.
