Investors - JV partners wanted

Description:
We are looking for JV Partners / Investors to invest in projects from €10million. We offer unique excellent real estate and development projects with excellent rate of return.

Why invest to Slovakia
The last 7 years have seen a number of important progressions in Slovakia both economically and politically. The corrupt 90 s stagnated a lot of this progression but a new government and a number of reforms have since allowed Slovakia to grow into one of the most attractive investment locations in Europe. In 2002, a new flat rate tax system of 19% was introduced on all taxes including VAT, income, and capital gains. In 2004 stamp duty tax was abolished encouraging an increased level of Foreign Direct Investment.

With such reforms and a stabilising economy Slovakia qualified for EU entry in 2004. With a reputation as a friendly investment environment and less bureaucratic than many other central and eastern Europe nations, Slovakia with its central European location and 5 neighbouring countries continues to attract investment from individual and institutional investors.

Property in the capital city of Bratislava has seen strong investment from foreigners and with this has introduced a more developed real estate investment culture. This has helped open up the Slovak market and the investment trend is now moving to other locations outside the capital city. The Kosice, High Tatras region is an example of an area where property prices have started to appreciate at a faster rate than the capital city. Entry level prices for prime real estate are also notably lower.

The impending introduction of the euro in 2009 is also expected to have a positive influence on the property market. Historical references to other euro entry countries (in particular Ireland) has generally assisted the appreciation of property
