It is not a real estate operation, we dont sell the housing, we do a leasing (Usufruct) on the housing.
Conditions:
Minimal investment 500.000 €
Period amortization of the investment of 500.000€: aprox. 5 years
Conditions for every 500.000€:
- Between 1.5 % and 2.8 % of the shares of the company
- Housing VIP of 135 m2, in the first qualities, with all the corresponding services. This housing can be for personal use, for some relative or acquaintance, or the company would rent and would manage it, for the investor, giving him the benefits of the same one.
- In study, the possibility of giving him to the buildings the names of our investing associates.
